The food was amazing. Had the kick off platter with all the appetizers. The French dip was wonderful. My husband had the ribeye sandwich, he loved that it was grilled. The bartender was friendly and helpful. All and all a great time. Will definitely go again.

I hosted my friend’s 30th birthday party at Walt’s Pub in West Lafayette and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I made the reservation by phone a little over a month in advance. While the original room I wanted wasn’t available, I was offered a great alternative that I had seen pictured online — it made choosing a backup easy! The reservation cost was very reasonable. The Monday before the event, I called to confirm everything since I hadn’t received a written confirmation. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She even made note that I could come in at 10:30 to decorate — 30 minutes before they opened — which I really appreciated. When I arrived on the day of the party, I was greeted by Alec, who was also our waiter. He was fantastic — friendly, kind, attentive, and super helpful throughout the whole party. The food was delicious and fresh, with impressively large portions for the price. The room was clean and just as expected. I briefly spoke with the manager, Ashley, at the end about the deposit refund and gratuity, and she also asked how the service was. No complaints there either! All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the experience, and most importantly, my friend was thrilled. I’d absolutely book with Walt’s again in the future!

We came here after the Purdue Basketball game today. The wait was minimal and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was Kayla, she was friendly, efficient, courteous and had pep in her step. The food was amazing. I had the chicken wings, Jack bites and loaded baked potato soup, my son had the Ribeye sandwich and it literally was gone before I could look up and ask him how it was. All was superb. We definitely will return to try some of the other items on the menu. Also the bathroom were clean, stocked with a unique design.

This place is a bit of a misnomer. It's a lot fancier than your typical "pub", so don't let the name fool you! Staff was friendly and helpful. Food taste was above average and looks great.

Always a great meal and generous portions at Walt's!! I had the Westside Club for lunch today, and had to take half of it home. Great price, and enough food for 2 meals! I've visited a few times before, and just now getting around to leaving a review. Highly recommend Walt's Pub & Grill!!

We have always loved the atmosphere of Walt’s so we decided to host our daughter’s graduation in their beautiful basement. Everything was perfect!! The food was delicious and served beautifully! Sherry and Kameron were not only fantastic bartenders, but they worked so hard to ensure that the food and drinks flowed effortlessly. Sherry made sure every detail of the party was perfect and went out of her way for special requests. If you’re looking to take the stress out of party planning, I would highly recommend working with Walt’s pub. Worth every penny and such a great time!

Our server was Eleanor. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She was also working a few other to tables so I feel she was a veteran. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It came with kettle chips. It was delicious and filling. We also ordered the fish and chips. It was 5 thin but long strips of catfish with a cornmeal crust, waffle fries and small cup of slaw. Very delicious as well and filling. They offer 5 tables outside for dining also. Will definitely go again.
